Tyashin ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Aapastech Private Limited. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our service at tyashin.com.

By using Tyashin, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: Your name and email address when you sign up.
• LinkedIn profile data: When you connect your LinkedIn account via OAuth, we receive and store your LinkedIn display name, profile picture, headline, email address, and person URN (unique identifier) as provided by LinkedIn.
• OAuth tokens: Access tokens and refresh tokens issued by LinkedIn, stored in encrypted form, used solely to publish posts on your behalf.
• Content you create: Posts, drafts, and business profile information (industry, audience description, brand tone) that you enter into the platform.
• Usage data: Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and performance monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Tyashin service
• To publish LinkedIn posts on your behalf when you approve them
• To generate AI-assisted content tailored to your business profile
• To send email notifications about post publishing (success or failure) if you opt in
• To improve the platform and fix technical issues
• To communicate important service updates

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. LinkedIn Data Usage

Tyashin uses the LinkedIn API under LinkedIn's Terms of Service. Specifically:

• We request only the permissions necessary: profile information and the ability to post on your behalf (w_member_social).
• Your LinkedIn OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage.
• We only post content that you have explicitly created and approved.
• You can disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from the Connect page, which revokes our access and deletes stored tokens.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database, R2 object storage), which provides enterprise-grade security and data residency controls. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.

While we implement strong security measures, no system is 100% secure. We will notify you promptly in the event of a data breach that affects your personal information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it. Published post records may be retained in anonymised form for analytics.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Tyashin:

• LinkedIn API — for authentication and publishing posts
• Anthropic Claude API — for AI content generation (your content is processed but not stored by Anthropic)
• Resend — for transactional email notifications
• Cloudflare — for infrastructure, hosting, and security

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time
• Export your data
• Opt out of email notifications

9. Cookies

Tyashin does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use only essential session tokens stored in browser localStorage to keep you signed in.

10. Children's Privacy

Tyashin is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
