By accessing or using Tyashin ("the Service"), operated by Aapastech Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tyashin is an AI-powered LinkedIn content management platform that helps businesses and professionals create, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn. The Service uses the LinkedIn API to publish posts on your behalf with your explicit approval.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content posted to LinkedIn through our Service.
• You must comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You must not use the Service to post spam, misleading, or harmful content.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. LinkedIn API Usage

Our Service uses the LinkedIn API. Your use of LinkedIn features through our Service is subject to LinkedIn's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Tyashin. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tyashin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or LinkedIn account access. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 3 months.

7. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the LinkedIn API, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
